Wednesday, December 21, 2011 All the officers and members would like to congratulate BC Kevin Neubert and his wife Geri Renee on the birth of their second child this afternoon.  At 1:45 pm Carson James Neubert was born weighing in at 7lb 4oz and 19in. long.  Both mommy and baby are doing well.
